"We hired Marko to undertake a complete renovation of our 2,800 sq', mid 1970's, 5bd/2.5ba ranch home in Walnut Creek. His work included:

Installing all new windows and doors including two sliders
Complete renovation (down to the studs) of our kitchen
Complete renovation (down to the studs) of our master and guest bathrooms
Complete renovation (down to the studs) of our great room

He did sheetrock, carpentry, electrical, tile, lighting, plumbing and cabinetry.

He was always on-time and always cleaned up at the end of each day.

"I contracted Marko Karkoc of Built to Specs, to build an “arbor” over my backyard patio and to install pavers over my existing concrete patio. I had a bid from another contractor who gave me his bid but would not be available for some time. Marko’s bid was comparable to the other contractor but his plans were superior to the other contractor. Marko arrived when he said he would and worked a full day. He was diligent in comparing previously built and approved “like” structures in my Association but his plans included enhancements and improvements. He listened to what I wanted and then made very appropriate suggestions. He finished the job within the duration which he had estimated. Marko paid attention to details and his workmanship showed it. Upon completion, I redecorated and put patio furniture out and I was able to thoroughly enjoy my new patio for the remainder of the summer. In the future, should I decide to sell my home, I believe Marko’s work has added significant value to my townhouse. I will contract Marko again when I need work done on my home!"
